Resolution
A General Body meeting of “Suresh Rekha Nawal (S.R.N. EDUCATION SOCITEY) was held on 14.03.2007 in the office of the society, GA-27 City Centre, Sector-IV Bokaro Steel City, P.S.-Bokaro City Post –Bokaro Sec.IV, Dist– Bokaro, Pin Code-827004 State-Jharkhand,
which was presided over by Mr. Dr. Nawal Sharma the President of the Society in which following resolutions were passed.

Its has been unanimously resolved that “ Suresh Rekha Nawal (S.R.N. EDUCATION SOCIETY) should be got registered under Societies Registration Act.21,1860.

General board has unanimously authorized the Secretary Mrs. Rubi Kumari to do all needful act to get the Society registered by the Registration Derpatment, Jharkhand.

(A)To establish, run and manage schools, Colleges, Technical institution, Coaching Centers, Teachers Training institutes, Technical vocational Training Institutes, Nursing Institution, to increase the knowledge and Area of different section of the community.

(B) To aid or establish any institution or adopt means for imparting, Propagate for removal of social evils, customer or render or promote self-help to overcome any of these evil particularly for poor, weaker sections, women & children of the society in india.

(C)To establish support and run institutions especially for children to provide them education, parks, Gymnasiums, sports club,Medicines, food , Clothing, Library and/ or shelter.
(*****) All the activities shall be non profitable.

FORMATION OF MANAGING COMMITTEE:

(a) Subject to the provision of these rules, the affairs of the society shall be administered and controlled by a managing committee and shall be elected by the General Body for a period of 3 years.

(b)The members of the managing committee shall continue as such for a period of 3 years. Vacancy created by death or otherwise, shall be filled in within 3 months of the occurrence of such vacancies by the sole of authority managing committee would be 7 members. GENERAL BODY MEETING

All the members will attend the General Body Meeting of the Society. The first General Body Meeting of the Society shall be held within six months of the expiry of the financial year, in which the first General Body meeting was held . Thereafter the annual General Body meeting of the society shall be held within one year from the date of its registration under Societies Registration Act 21 of 1860.

PROCEEDING OF THE ANNUL GENERAL BODY MEETING:
a) Passing the Account of the pervious financial year.

b) Election of office bearers and the Managing Committee to fill the vacancies caused by the retirement or otherwise.

c) Appointment of Auditor for the next year.

d) To receive and adopt the annual report, the statement of account for the preceding year, and the financial budget estimate for the Ensuing year.

e) To consider any other matter deemed important by the president or the majority of the members present.

At General Body Meeting 3/5th person shall form a quorum is not present within half and hour of the fixed time, the meeting shall be adjourned to the same date and time and at the same place for the next week and if the quorum is not present at the adjourned meeting too, the members present shall be deemed to from quorum.

The Notice of the General Body Meeting shall contain items osr business to be transacted and with mention of place and time shall be issued to all members at least 15 days before the meeting, The notice of the annual General Body Meeting shall be held at lest once in a year at such time and place as fixed by the Governor General.

MANAGGING COMMITTEE MEETING:

a) The Managing Committee may transacting matter whenever they like to meet transacting matter whenever they like to meet but not less than once in every three months.

b) The Secretary may call the emergency meeting of the Managing Committee by giving only 48 hours notice to the members of the Committee.

c) The Secretary may call special general meeting of the society by giving not less than fifteen days notice in writing to the member.

POWER & FUNCATION OF THE OFFICE BEARER:

PRESIDENT:
The president shall preside at all meeting of the managing committee and of the society when he is present and shall exercise such other powers as are conferred upon him by these rules. The president may call for an emergency meeting through president signed notice in a shorter notice. The decision of president that a resolution has been carried or lost shall be conclusive, unless such a decision is challenged and a poll being determine. The same in such manner as the president may in discretion determine. In case of a tie the president shall have a second or casting vote.

a) He shall be convenor of all the meeting and shall responsible to general body in all maters. He will contract in all ways and means of the position of the association and shall have right to improve it.
b) He shall be convenor of all the meetings and without his signature On the notice of meetings no meetings will be valid.

c) It shall be his duty to see that the resolution at the respective meeting are implemented and give to effect to timely.

d) He shall be at liberty to spend for the purpose of the society without sanction of the managing committee to do all such other lawful notes, deeds of things as incidental or conductive to the attachment of society.
